The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was clean, well-resourced, and had a beautiful view of the surroundings. The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The pool area was great, especially for my son who enjoyed playing and swimming there.

The patio area by the French doors could benefit from providing chairs and more privacy.

Value for money - but I got a good deal, wouldn't pay the full price. Location - if you have a car this is an excellent location for Stellenbosch area. 24-hour front desk - I arrived late, checkin still possible after midnigth. Scenery - very nice. Breakfast was good even though quite costly.

Aircon did not work. Noise from other rooms was quite audible. Restaurant staff tried to cheat in a tip, changed the amount I wrote to a larger amount (but the front desk personnel handled this complaint professionally). For tourist the hotels in the town would probably be more convenient as restaurants and bars are in the walking distance.

Was not able to be accommodated in the Dining room on Friday evening,was told the venue was booked out.So went to the downstairs restuarant to have supper,however was disappointed in the service.The food was cold and meat tough and dry. The salad was most unsatisfactory. We therefore went elsewhere for all our meals

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Stellenbosch, which provided a great base for my Winelands experience. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the heart of the town, but far enough to avoid the noise and busyness. The hotel had separate buildings with spacious rooms, including deluxe options with a separate lounge area, balcony, and stunning views over the surrounding wineries. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and even had a bath to relax in after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable from start to finish. They provided excellent service and attention to detail, making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and it was included in the price, which was great value for money. This hotel was a convenient choice for attending a nearby wedding and exploring the local markets, providing an overall fantastic experience.

You are in a hotel but on your own. Nobody walking past your room with luggage and no noise. Beautiful scenery. Lots of parking . Friendly staff. Safe .

We spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel located in the heart of the wine region. The breakfast was delicious and they were accommodating to our dietary restrictions, which was a plus. We also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and being close to several vineyards, which made our wine tastings very convenient. the hotel offered a shuttle service to a nearby town which made exploring the area easier.

Our stay was dampened by the noise levels. We were assigned a unit with thin walls and were disturbed by our neighbors’ loud voices and laughter until late at night which interrupted our sleep.

Because of poor service I received on my arrival, I didn’t enjoy my stay as I hoped I would. Hopefully when I go for the second time because I got a voucher I would probably have a different opinion about the hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money with excellent views over the De Zalze winery. The location in the mountains of Stellenbosch is perfect for those who want to be away from the valley but still in a good business area. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast included has enough options for all.

The rooms being physically separated from lobby and restaurants.. Meant one has to walk in the rain to go and eat.
